1962 Plymouth Valiant St. Regis by Ghia

The 1962 Plymouth Valiant St. Regis by Ghia is a unique car that combines American engineering with Italian design. This special version of the Plymouth Valiant was created by the Italian coachbuilder Ghia, known for its stylish and innovative designs.

Ghia had previously worked on a 1960 Plymouth XNR Concept Car, but after Chrysler decided not to continue with that project, Ghia built another car called the Asimmetrica, which was displayed at major European auto shows. In 1962, Ghia revisited the idea and created the hardtop St. Regis, which features a distinctive and elegant design.

The St. Regis stands out with its sleek lines and refined appearance, making it a rare and eye-catching vehicle. It's a great example of how Italian design and American automotive technology can come together to create something special. The 1962 Plymouth Valiant St. Regis by Ghia remains a significant piece of automotive history, showcasing the craftsmanship and creativity of both Ghia and Chrysler.
