1980s Wingho Concordia II

This car is from the 1986 film, Black Moon Rising, starring a unibrow Tommy Lee Jones, a disinterested Robert Vaughn, and Linda Hamilton.

The car itself was a prototype in real life as well as the film. There was only one Concordia II made, though duplicated shells were assembled for interior shots and a rather barebones version made for stunt driving. It bears a more than passing resemblance to the 1970 Ferrari Modulo, but for the most part, this car was an original creation by Bernard Beaujardins and Clyde Kwok of Wingho Auto Classique based in Montreal.
