The Shelby GT500CR Carbon Edition, released in 2020 by Classic Restorations and Shelby American, is a modern take on the iconic Shelby Mustang, blending cutting-edge technology with classic muscle car design. Only 25 units were produced, making it a limited-edition, highly exclusive vehicle.


One of the standout features of the Carbon Edition is its carbon fiber body created by SpeedKore, which not only enhances its aesthetics but also contributes to a significant weight reduction, improving performance. The car is powered by a Whipple supercharged 5.0L Coyote V8 engine, producing an impressive 810 horsepower, paired with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission for a thrilling driving experience.


With a starting price of $298,000, the GT500CR Carbon Edition combines modern engineering with Shelby’s legendary performance pedigree, offering buyers a unique and high-performance version of the classic muscle car.
