The Klein Vision AirCar, unveiled in 2025, is Slovakia-based Klein Vision’s production-ready take on a flying car, following several years of development and flight testing. Designed as a true dual-mode vehicle, the AirCar can transform from a road car to an aircraft in just two minutes. Its 8.2-metre wingspan folds neatly into the bodywork for road use, while the tail section retracts into the rear of the car.
Powered by a 316hp engine supplied by a South African manufacturer, the AirCar reaches 200 km/h on the road and up to 250 km/h in flight. The cabin is designed for two occupants and is non-pressurised, restricting operational altitude to 3,000 metres. Despite its aerospace-grade composite construction and low 800 kg weight, it is fully road legal and intended for eventual series production.
The projected price is €800,000, making it a high-end mobility solution for early adopters of aerial personal transport.
