The 2000 DC Design L'il is a prototype of a homegrown Indian microcar. Three prototypes have been built, including a 1300 cc petrol version, a 600 cc petrol version, and an electric variant. The decision on whether DC will independently manufacture the car or enter into a joint venture with a larger carmaker is yet to be finalized.
