2026 Aston Martin Dreadnought: V12 Military SUV Created for Call of Duty

Aston Martin has revealed the Dreadnought, a wild V12-powered military SUV created exclusively for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Unlike the DBX and other real Aston Martin models, the Dreadnought is completely digital. It was designed specifically for the game and will not be offered for sale.

Created with Infinity Ward and Activision, the Dreadnought gave Aston Martin's designers the freedom to build an extreme performance SUV without normal production, safety or environmental restrictions. The result combines Aston Martin styling and luxury with military armor, huge off-road tires and tactical equipment.

Aston Martin Goes Military

The Aston Martin Dreadnought looks very different from anything currently in the company's lineup, but several familiar Aston Martin design elements remain. Its aggressive body features exposed towing points, huge wheel arches and massive tires. Dual shock absorbers are visible above the wheels, while a narrow LED light bar sits above the windshield.

At the rear is a raised ducktail-style spoiler and an unusual panel in place of a conventional rear window. Carbon fiber is used throughout the exterior, including a herringbone weave that adds some of Aston Martin's usual attention to detail.

The Dreadnought is also imagined with military-grade armor, reserve fuel tanks, weapons storage and adaptive combat systems for use inside the Call of Duty world.

V12 Power and All-Wheel Drive

Aston Martin has not provided detailed Dreadnought performance specifications. The company does confirm that the virtual SUV uses a V12 engine and all-wheel drive, with its V12 sound playing an important role in the experience.

The vehicle is designed to deliver supercar-like performance while handling the difficult terrain and combat environments found in Modern Warfare 4. Since it exists only digitally, Aston Martin's designers were able to create its performance without the limitations of building a road-legal production vehicle.

A Simple but Luxurious Interior

The Aston Martin Dreadnought interior mixes military design with traditional luxury details. There are two bucket seats separated by a carbon fiber center console, along with a flat-bottom steering wheel and compact digital displays.

One screen includes a kill counter, while the driver gets speed and engine information through a separate instrument display. Oxford Tan leather adds a more traditional Aston Martin touch, while the doors use leather strap handles. One of the most unusual details is the metallic gold gear lever mounted prominently on the center console.

Can You Buy the Aston Martin Dreadnought?

No. The Aston Martin Dreadnought is not a production vehicle and there are currently no plans to build a road-going version. It was created specifically as a virtual vehicle for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

That freedom is part of what makes the Dreadnought interesting. Aston Martin could exaggerate its styling, performance and military equipment without worrying about whether the finished vehicle could meet real-world regulations.

A Different Side of Aston Martin

The 2026 Aston Martin Dreadnought may never reach a showroom, but it gives Aston Martin an opportunity to explore a much more extreme design direction. It combines a V12, all-wheel drive, carbon fiber, military armor and off-road hardware with luxury touches such as Oxford Tan leather and a gold gear lever.

For now, the only place to drive the Dreadnought will be inside Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, making it one of the most unusual Aston Martins ever created.
